Awards and Order of Precedence

On this page you will find a list of all the awards that have been bestowed on all the citizens of the eastern provinces, past and present. An exception is for those folk, still active, who have emigrated to foreign shores. Their awards are not listed here, as we will assume the heralds of their new groups will include them in their respective Orders of Precedence!

There are two lists provided. One by seniority of rank, in what is called an Order of Precedence, and the other by alphabetical name of each person, with all their awards listed. These have been checked against Lochac, Caidan and Baronial records to the best extent possible, but unfortunately mistakes will still occur. The alphabetical list includes all awards bestowed in NZ, or to sometime residents in the NZSCA. The Order of Precedence is of current NZ residents only.

You will notice a wide range of different awards listed below. Originally, these isles were held in fief to the Kingdom of Caid, and the western lands were a part of the Kingdom of the West. Then, upon gaining their independence, these two lands were reconstituted as the new Kingdom of Lochac. Although they adopted an awards structure based upon the Western Tradition, by Royal Decree the awards given from the Kingdom of Caid (and indeed, from all Kingdoms) are acknowledged their rightful place in the Order of Precedence.
