The site is written in valid html 4.01 strict and CSS. It should be readable but may not render correctly in Internet Explorer due to IE's almost complete disregard for w3c standards. It is recommended that, if at all possible, IE users download and install the firefox web browser from the mozilla project.
Documents on this site are distributed in PDF format and require a PDF reader. Adobe's Acrobat Reader is available for free for most operating systems that do not ship with one.
